Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Stutes moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSJR 4(RES) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
